BARBERSHOP KAZANJI (hereinafter — the "Company", "we") respects the privacy of visitors to kazanji.md (the "Site") and processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection law.

1. Who we are

  • messages sent via messaging apps (WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram) when you contact us directly;

3. Online booking via Altegio

For online booking, the site uses a widget provided by a third-party CRM system, Altegio (alteg.io). Clicking the "BOOK ONLINE" button opens a booking form where you provide your name, phone number, and select a service, barber, date and time.

This data is transmitted directly to the Altegio operator and processed within their system to create and confirm your appointment, send reminders, and keep a record of your visit history. As the barbershop owner, we access this data to serve your booking. Altegio's own privacy policy is available on the alteg.io website.

4. How we use the data

  • to process and confirm your booking;
  • to contact you (appointment reminders, booking changes);
  • to improve the site based on visit statistics (Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics);
  • to respond to messages received via messaging apps.

5. Legal basis for processing

Processing data necessary to provide the service (booking, servicing your visit) is carried out on the basis of contract performance or your actions aimed at concluding one. Processing data for analytics (Google Tag Manager) is carried out on the basis of your consent given via the cookie banner, which you may withdraw at any time.

6. Sharing data with third parties

We do not sell your personal data. Data may be shared with the following categories of recipients:

  • Altegio (alteg.io) — the operator of the online booking system, processes your booking data;
  • Google (Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics) — website visit statistics;
  • our website hosting provider;
  • messaging apps and social networks (WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram) — clicking these buttons takes you directly to those services, which have their own privacy policies.

7. Data retention period

Booking data is stored within the Altegio system in accordance with its retention policy and for as long as necessary to serve clients and keep visit records. Analytics cookies are stored according to the periods listed in the Cookie Policy.

8. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • request access to your personal data;
  • request correction of inaccurate data;
  • request deletion of your data;
  • withdraw your consent to data processing at any time (including via the cookie settings on the site);
  • file a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or loss.
